About Richard Reardon

Richard formed his company R&R Business Development in 1981 following his position as President of Calibron Instruments, Belmont, MA. He previously served as Vice President and General Manager of the Hoyt Electrical Instrument Company in Concord, New Hampshire.

A graduate of Babson College in Wellesley, MA, with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Richard is the author of numerous sales and business development articles, as well as the “Business Development Guide”. Together with the late Thomas Leonard, Richard created and operated the School of Buisness Coaching. He has written many articles for small business and has presented at many organizations including APICS, Control Data Business Advisors and the INC. Conference, “Growing Your Business”.

Richard and his wife Susan have two sons and live in Southern California.
